Re-Conditioning

Remember what your jewelry looked like when it was new? Well, if you bought if from Diamond Showcase, we will be happy to complete your repair for free! If you purchased your jewelry elsewhere, we offer these services as a nominal cost. We will check all of the stones to make sure that they are tight in their mountings, and polish all of the metal to restore it to its original luster. Professional cleaning is included and is complementary whether you purchased your jewelry from us or not!

Watch Repair

Regardless of what brand of watch you may own, we are prepared to service it at Diamond Showcase. Your fine watches should be professionally cleaned and serviced a minimum of every five years, preferably every three. Our Rolex factory trained technician stands ready to handle your Rolex needs, and our watch experts are able to handle almost all other watch brands. In fact, we have successfully serviced and completely reconditioned watches that all the other jewelers our clients visited didn’t want to work on. Some of these watches were up to one hundred years old and required many weeks of effort to locate the necessary replacement parts. Best of all, our service warranty is double what most watch manufacturers’ new warranties offer. All of the watch service we provide comes with a no questions asked two year warranty. If you buy a brand new Rolex, you will only get a one year warranty. If you purchase one from Diamond Showcase you will receive a two year warranty regardless of the age of the watch at the time of purchase!
